Trainer's Profile: Zohrab Chong Aik Shuen

Zohrab has more than 20 years of industry experience in various industries in Malaysia since he graduated with a double degree in Economics & Law from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. He was formerly a practicing lawyer, an economic trade officer with the South African High Commission and an internal business developer before joining the financial industry. He began his financial industry journey in insurance as a loss adjuster before moving onto claims, business excellence, performance management, coaching, learning and development and talent management. His operational exposure and experience has enabled him to understand and speak the business language when facilitating in-house as well as external programmes. He also served and delivered programmes across the region namely in Indonesia, Hong Kong and Singapore. He had also lead and delivered high impact change management initiative to transform a major bank in Malaysia towards being Future Ready by focusing on the re-skilling of the employees. Over the years, he had successfully witnessed the career progression of his direct reports, team members and peers who were coached and mentored by himself. A person who is passionate and committed to develop people for success.
